HIFULL® HB-132 (BET=140㎡/g)
HIFULL HB-132 is hydrophobic fumed silica produced by hydrophilic fumed silica with a specific surface area of 200m2/g after chemical post-treatment with HMDS (Hexamethyldisilazane).

Silicone foam as a lightweight, highly elastic material, its own mechanical properties and deformation resistance is poor, HIFULL HB-132 can significantly enhance the tensile strength and tear strength of silicone foam, improve its mechanical properties in compression strength, bending strength and other indicators, reduce its compression deformation, making it has a better deformation resistance.
HIFULL HB-132 can also improve the viscosity and consistency of adhesives and sealants, increase their adhesion strength and anti-sagging properties.
It can effectively thicken and thixotropize different systems of cosmetics, enhance their stability and use comfort.
HIFULL HB-132 performs well in dispersing, adsorption and anti-settling, which helps for the overall performance of defoamer and color mixer in product quality and stability.

Pyrohydrolysi & Trichloromethylsilane
Fumed silica is synthesized by the pyrohydrolysis of silicon tetrachloride or trichloromethylsilane in the flame of hydrogen and oxygen. Our main raw material is silicon tetrachloride, and the secondary is trichloromethylsilane.

When fumed silica is used as filler or additives, it helps in thickening, reinforcement, transparency, free-flow, thixotropic performance, dielectric properties, anti-settling, heat insulation, and anti-sagging. For example, for powder products, HIFULL fumed silica is used as an anti-caking agent; for liquid products, HIFULL fumed silica is used as an anti-settling agent or suspending agent.
