HIFULL® Hydrophilic Fumed Silica
HIFULL hydrophilic fumed silica offers BET surface areas from 30 to 400 m²/g with SiO₂ purity ≥99.8%, providing exceptional rheology control, thixotropy, anti-settling, and free-flow enhancement. With 23+ grades, ISO18473-3 standard-setting quality, and REACH registration, it serves silicone rubber reinforcement, high-temperature vulcanized (HTV) and liquid silicone rubber (LSR) systems, coatings & paints, adhesives & sealants, unsaturated polyester resins (UPR), printing inks, thermal insulation materials, cosmetics & personal care, pharmaceuticals, food additives, and construction materials.

Hydrophilic fumed silica is a silica-based polymer with a tendency of absorbing moisture. It is used in high-technology fields or as an ingredient in paints, coatings, electronics, and optical fibers industries. There are various grades of hydrophilic fumed silica, which are defined by their amorphous structure. It is used to provide thixotropic properties in coatings and adhesives. It also helps enhance flow in the production of cosmetics and pharmaceuticals.
Fumed silica, or pyrogenic silicon dioxide, is one kind of pure amorphous white inorganic powder that has a high specific surface area, nano-scale primary particle size, and a relatively high (among silica products) concentration of surface silanol groups. The properties of fumed silica can be chemically modified by reaction with these silanol groups.
Commercial available fumed silica can be divided into two groups: hydrophilic fumed silica and hydrophobic fumed silica. Because of the above-mentioned features, it is widely used as an important ingredient in many industries such as silicone rubber, paint, and plastics industries.

The Turkey REACH like-law: KKDIK is closely harmonized with the EU REACH provisions and requires companies to pre-register and register substances (on their own, in mixtures or in articles) manufactured in Turkey or imported into Turkey with volumes equal to or above 1 ton per year. Pyrohydrolysi & Trichloromethylsilane
Fumed silica is synthesized by the pyrohydrolysis of silicon tetrachloride or trichloromethylsilane in the flame of hydrogen and oxygen. Our main raw material is silicon tetrachloride, and the secondary is trichloromethylsilane.

When fumed silica is used as filler or additives, it helps in thickening, reinforcement, transparency, free-flow, thixotropic performance, dielectric properties, anti-settling, heat insulation, and anti-sagging.
