Powder food, ingredients such as lactose and protein may be moisturized or caked during processing, transportation, or storage periods when exposed to environmental humidity, air, or extrusion. As non-toxic and harmless food additives, HIFULL FA-32 and FA-35 improve flow aid, anti-caking, dispersion aid and grinding aid, perfectly solving the blocking or caking problems.
HIFULL FA-32 is an anti-caking agent specially developed for powder food products. It helps for solving caked issues and storage problem. For example, it maintains the dryness and fluidity of food powders such as coffee mate, nutritional additives and yeast extracts, compound seasonings, spices and herb powders.
HIFULL FA-32 also reduces problems caused by caking or bad flow properties in powders, such as blocked filters, imprecise dosage, so helps to shorten cleaning times, improve productivity and save costs.
HIFULL FA-35 is advanced or upgraded product of FA-32, which is suitable for food products with higher requirements for fluidity and dispersion. It helps to enable good free-flow behavior with no large clumps forming and keeping color intensity. Improved anti-caking performance is also good for keeping product quality during transportation and storage.

Pyrohydrolysi & Trichloromethylsilane
Fumed silica is synthesized by the pyrohydrolysis of silicon tetrachloride or trichloromethylsilane in the flame of hydrogen and oxygen. Our main raw material is silicon tetrachloride, and the secondary is trichloromethylsilane.

When fumed silica is used as filler or additives, it helps in thickening, reinforcement, transparency, free-flow, thixotropic performance, dielectric properties, anti-settling, heat insulation, and anti-sagging. For example, for powder products, HIFULL fumed silica is used as an anti-caking agent; for liquid products, HIFULL fumed silica is used as an anti-settling agent or suspending agent.
