ALuna-100HF Fumed Aluminum Oxide
HIFULL ALuna-100HF is fine-particulate fumed aluminum oxide (AL2O3 ) powder synthesized by fumed process with large specific surface area, high purity, positively charged surface and low iron-ion content.
It can be used as flowing agent, charge regulator, carrier and heat stabilizer. It is widely applied in powder coatings, catalysts, lighting industry, paper coatings, ceramic powders and separators in Li-ion batteries.

Packaging and storage
Product is supplied in multiple-layer 10 kg bags. We recommend storing the product in dry and cool conditions and protecting the material from volatile substances. It should be used within 1 year after production.

Pyrohydrolysi & Trichloromethylsilane
Fumed silica is synthesized by the pyrohydrolysis of silicon tetrachloride or trichloromethylsilane in the flame of hydrogen and oxygen. Our main raw material is silicon tetrachloride, and the secondary is trichloromethylsilane.

When fumed silica is used as filler or additives, it helps in thickening, reinforcement, transparency, free-flow, thixotropic performance, dielectric properties, anti-settling, heat insulation, and anti-sagging. For example, for powder products, HIFULL fumed silica is used as an anti-caking agent; for liquid products, HIFULL fumed silica is used as an anti-settling agent or suspending agent.
