HIFULL® ALuna-100HF Fumed Aluminum Oxide
ALuna-100HF is fine-particulate, fumed aluminum oxide (AL2O3)powder with high purity. The iron content in ALuna-100HF is low due to the upgraded manufacturing process.
It’s applied in Li-ion battery separators to improve thermal stability and battery safety, and reduce the harm of iron ions. ALuna-100HF has a positive surface charge; it can be used in many applications

Uses and Applications
- Applied in ceramic coating for separatorsin Li-ion batteries to increase thermal stability & safety
- Improve charge and discharge properties and service life when applied in anode of Li-battery
- Enhance charge adsorption of melt-blown electret master batch
- Applied in fluorescent coating powders in the lighting industry to uniform light output, reduce light attenuation and UV harm

Packaging and storage
The product is supplied in multiple-layer 10 kg bags. We recommend storing the product in dry and cool conditions and protecting the material from volatile substances. It should be used within 1 year after production.
