HIFULL® NF-50 Fumed Nano Titanium Dioxide
NF-50 is nano titanium dioxide manufactured by the fumed processing method. It is with ultra-fine particle size, high purity, high specific surface area and mixed crystal structure of anatase and rutile.
It is applied in the field of catalysis and photocatalysis; it can also be used as an effective heat-stabilizer and UV filter.

Application
- Heat stabilizer and reinforcement for silicone rubber systems, such as HTV, RTV-1K, RTV-2K, LSR, HCR
- Improve flame-retardant performance of organic elastomer
Packaging and storage
The product is supplied in multiple-layer 10 kg bags or polypropylene-made packages in 150kg bags. We recommend storing the product in dry and cool conditions and protecting the material from volatile substances. It should be used within 2 years after production.

Pyrohydrolysi & Trichloromethylsilane
Fumed silica is synthesized by the pyrohydrolysis of silicon tetrachloride or trichloromethylsilane in the flame of hydrogen and oxygen. Our main raw material is silicon tetrachloride, and the secondary is trichloromethylsilane.

When fumed silica is used as filler or additives, it helps in thickening, reinforcement, transparency, free-flow, thixotropic performance, dielectric properties, anti-settling, heat insulation, and anti-sagging. For example, for powder products, HIFULL fumed silica is used as an anti-caking agent; for liquid products, HIFULL fumed silica is used as an anti-settling agent or suspending agent.
